Cooking Class: Orecchiette or Sagne n'cannulate

Guided by a chef or a real housewife, you will learn the art of handmade fresh pasta, creating orecchiette or sagne n'cannulate following ancient traditional recipes. Guided by a chef or a real housewife, you will discover the secrets of traditional desserts, learning to prepare mustazzoli and purceddhruzzi following recipes passed down from generation to generation. Natural Basket Weaving Workshop
Let yourself be guided by a local craftsman in the ancient art of basket weaving: weave natural fibers and create with your hands a small artifact, a trivet or a basket to take with you as a souvenir. At the end of the workshop, enjoy an aperitif with local products and the authentic warmth of Salentine tradition.
Creative Clay Workshop
An hour and a half of creativity with clay guided by Luana from Studio Luneba Ceramics: modeling or painting with materials provided on site. At the end, gift of the day and aperitif with typical products.
